Screw Drivers DLC and Packs
Stunt tracks, aircraft parts, and cosmetic bundles — what is worth buying after v1.0.
Screw Drivers shipped its full v1.0 release on August 20, 2026. The base game already includes the career island, the October 2025 maps, multiplayer, the track editor, and the core part catalog. Paid add-ons sit on top of that foundation. This page lists every current DLC and cosmetic pack, what they actually add, and whether they are required for career or multiplayer.
None of the expansions are required to finish the base campaign. Players who claimed the game during Early Access still own the full v1.0 client. DLC is extra content you buy on Steam if you want more maps, more parts, or more paint-and-livery options.
Stunt Showdown
Stunt Showdown is a gameplay expansion, not a cosmetic pack. It adds a dedicated stunt island often called Isola Tartaruga, plus a new career challenge built around a Stunt King monarch-style opponent. The map is designed for jumps, loops, ramps, and timed aerial tricks rather than long paved circuits.
Builds that work on Pulau Mahkota often feel heavy here. You want a lower center of gravity, suspension that can take landings, and enough power to clear gaps without spinning the chassis. The New Parts catalog has off-road and racing suspension options that help. Dirt and Buggy wheels keep grip on mixed surfaces; Racer wheels are better if a stunt run stays on tarmac.
The Stunt King fight is less about top speed and more about control. If your car bounces after every landing, shorten spring travel and raise damper strength. If you undershoot ramps, add torque through a shorter gear ratio rather than stacking another engine. The Gear Transmissions guide explains how to keep a two-step box compact so the chassis stays low.
Stunt Showdown is the first DLC to buy if you already enjoy career races and want a new island with its own objectives. It is not required for multiplayer lobbies on the base maps.
Pretty Fly
Pretty Fly is the aircraft expansion. It adds radial engines, propeller-oriented parts, and a flying island with challenges that expect lift instead of tire grip. The base editor already lets you build wild machines, but Pretty Fly is the pack that treats flight as a first-class drivetrain rather than a lucky glitch.
If you buy Pretty Fly, plan the powertrain the same way you plan a car: engine output, a transmission path, and a load that the air can actually hold. Radial engines are heavier than the Electrix starters. Place them close to the center of mass. Use chains or long axles only when you need to offset a propeller from the fuselage — see the Chains Build Guide for wrapping gears at a distance.
Pretty Fly does not replace the car career. You still unlock core engines and gears through Monarchs on the ground maps. Treat the flying island as a second sandbox once you understand weight, torque, and steering on a normal chassis. Players who only want racing cars can skip this pack without missing campaign bosses.
Cosmetic bundles
Several cheaper packs change how vehicles and drivers look without adding maps or mechanical parts.
- Supporter Pack — a small thank-you bundle of cosmetics. It left the Steam store on August 20, 2026 (it was 4,99€ during Early Access). Anyone who already bought it keeps the items. New accounts cannot add that SKU. It does not change handling.
- Nifty Knight Bundle — livery and character styling with a knight theme. Useful if you like matching your driver’s license avatar to a themed car.
- Great Science Bundle — laboratory / inventor cosmetics for garage screenshots and multiplayer lobbies.
- Rapid Racing Bundle — racing stripes and related paint options. Pairs well with speed builds on Pulo Pangripta.
- Rock ’n’ Roll Bundle — louder visual identity, still cosmetic only.
- Mechanic Maniac Bundle — workshop-themed cosmetics that fit the garage fantasy of Screw Drivers.
Cosmetic packs never gate career races. If a friend joins your server without the same cosmetics, they can still race. Only map and part DLC can create a mismatch, and even then most lobbies stay on shared base content.
Who should buy what
Buy Stunt Showdown if you finished the early Monarchs and want a new island with jump-focused races. Buy Pretty Fly if you already enjoy experimental builds and want radial engines plus a flying map. Buy a cosmetic bundle only after you like the base game, because paint does not fix a disconnected axle.
If your PC is close to the minimum spec, read System Requirements before stacking extra maps. More islands and flying effects add load. Lower shadows and disable extra players in crowded servers if frame time spikes.
How DLC fits with v1.0 systems
The track editor and Steam Workshop from the August 2026 launch let you share custom maps without buying Stunt Showdown. Workshop tracks are not a substitute for Isola Tartaruga’s authored stunt layout, but they are the free way to try new layouts. Combine a Workshop circuit with a Speed Builds chassis if you want extra racing without paying for Pretty Fly.
Character customization from the October 2025 update works with cosmetic DLC. Unlock slots through the Drivers License XP track, then apply bundle items in the character editor. XP still comes from building and driving, not from owning packs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Do I need DLC to finish Screw Drivers career mode?
No. Stunt Showdown and Pretty Fly add extra islands and parts. The base v1.0 campaign, Monarchs, and track editor are included without them.
What is the difference between Stunt Showdown and Pretty Fly?
Stunt Showdown adds a stunt island and a Stunt King challenge. Pretty Fly adds aircraft parts, radial engines, and a flying island.
Are the cosmetic bundles required for multiplayer?
No. Cosmetic packs only change appearance. Friends can race together even if they do not own the same bundles.
I claimed the game during Early Access. Do I need to buy DLC?
You keep the full v1.0 game. DLC is optional extra content sold separately on Steam.
